TRAVELLING BOOKS

Some books are destined to travel the world. The stats I’ve been given say that there are sales of these books of mine across Europe, as well as the US.

So, maybe it is not surprising that some readers take it on themselves to photograph themselves reading my books – and emailing them to me.
It has been a joy to see where the books end up, and very surprising, so a thank you for all these contributions… like the one below… Marvellous.

What a great reader this lady is!

I have quite a few photos like this from readers. If you click on this link, you will see some. The latest photo I have received is of a reader on a seafront on the English south coast, and I’ll upload that soon.

E-book? No problem.

I particularly like the way that those who have purchased e-books have got round their ‘situation’ by simply printing off the book’s cover and holding it onto their e-reading device when taking a photo. Clever.
In fact, the publishers like this particular idea so much that they have provided printable images of the covers.
So, if you want to join in, just print off the cover of the book you are reading (see examples below); hold it onto your reading device and get some hapless passer-by to photograph you in action; and email the result to me. Thank you!

Where will you read your copy?
